Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made an appointment to have the tires on our Honda Accord rotated and balanced, but my wife comes back an hour later to find they haven’t even looked at our car because we didn’t buy the tires from them. However, we bought the lifetime rotation and balance for those tires from Sam’s Club and they knew this. After talking with them on the phone they acknowledged their mistake, but still required us to reschedule the appointment. Lack of willingness to do the basic work of checking our account history and information is inexcusable. Will be going to Discount Tire across the parking lot for all of our tire needs from now on.

Sam’s Club “THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!” I Purchased Michelin tires from Sam’s Club on Monday, but they couldn’t install them until Saturday 3pm (fine with me). I work all day on Saturdays so the 1st break in my day I scheduled a pickup & met an Uber driver at Sam’s about 12pm. The Sam’s technician was working alone & had no time to do the work order, therefore he couldn’t take my key(I understood tht)…meanwhile my Uber driver is at his wait limit & I needed to get back to work, so my 1st attempt was void. I had my niece to drive me back out there closer to 3pm to make my 2nd attempt. The technician did the work order, took my key & I was headed back to work. Soon as I arrived I get a call from Sam’s Club technician and he tell me they can’t install the pre-paid for $900 Michelin tires beca

I would like to thank Josh, works in tires, for making my day! I experienced a flat tire around 4:30p, after working all day. Deputy Farmer, changed my tire and Josh that works in tires for Sams Club located in Durham fit me in as a walk in at 6p to check the damaged tire out. Josh discovered my tire was ripped and replaced the damaged tire. Thank you Deputy Farmer and Josh for making my day even better! Customer service was demonstrated and there are people who still care! Job well done!

Buy your tires from these guys without hesitation. Best price around, best warranty, and quality ethical and knowledgeable staff(John, Yaseen, and Chris) Bought tires three weeks ago and got a flat last night. Was out on the road late on a Sunday, and had my wife and kids with me, had to plug it myself. The manager told me this would normally void the warranty, but he replaced it free of charge as a courtesy. Nice to see a company that stands behind their warranty and goes above and beyond to help the customer. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy a tire anywhere else. This is my third set over 5 years, will never go anywhere else.

For one, they NEVER pick up their phone, and even if you leave a message, there is absolutely no attempt to call you back. It’s impossible to get an appointment unless you walk to the back and catch them looking at the glass window. The customer service is also so unprofessional. Given that I came in for a tire change, I asked them how long will this service take. Their response was 45 mins to 1.5 hrs. I sincerely wished at the very minimum they could’ve given me a heads up if the service will take much longer than that. Sometimes there are mechanical errors or delays that can’t be helped, but letting the customer know would allow them to WASTE LESS TIME and to plan around the service more. This section should be better staffed as it seems like no one is ever in the front to help customer
