Sam's Club Tire & Battery

A lot of respect for these boys. They are understaffed and overwhelmed with the amount of work they have on their load. Thank for you guys hard work.

Avoid!!! Ordered tires. Came in on a Monday at our appointment time to have them installed and were told they were too busy. So at their convenience, let them make an appointment on the following Friday. 30 minutes early to the appointment, and when we went to pick up the car at closing, we’re told they couldn’t service our vehicle.

Great customer Service! I would recommend to anyone needing tire service. We came in with our kids and all as we are heading back home to SC with an urgent tire issue and they were able to get us squared away to make it to our destination safely! The fact they cared enough for us as customers and people to have been able to fit us in their schedule speaks highly of how compassionate the staff is!! You know that’s a club you want to be a member of for sure!! We were helped by John who is a technician and the lady at the desk (didn’t get her name), but thanks to them, we will be making it home safe!

The tire shop itself is fine, but Sam’s club tire & battery call center is completely useless. Called 8 times to someone who had no idea what was going on, then told me wrong info.. I finally got a hold of a tire tech, and he cleared up the confusion in 10 seconds. Their call center did nothing, but create more problems. Supervisor had to reorder the tires… had to call myself another week later to find out she would again have to reorder, so I went with a different company after wasting 2 weeks on a spare.

Here's the thing, we all love shopping at Sam's because of the prices BUT OH MY LORD the customer service is HORRIBLE! It took 15 minutes on the phone to get someone to even pick up just to ask a very simple question and when they finally did they were so rude. If a Costco ever came to our local area, I would switch is a second. At least when I could shop there they treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. Whomever is running this store should be better trained and hold their staff more accountable for their horrible service. Appalling!
