Sam's Club Tire & Battery

BEWARE!!! My mom came here to get her tire changed come to find out they didnt fully tighten the bolts on the tires… we were driving on it for about 2 days when my mom was on her way back from work and felt the car acting funny so she took it back to sams club to be told the news and that the tire was coming off.. that is insane because someone couldve gotten hurt and caused an accident or damaged the car.

I went to Sam's Club tire department and John helped me and he was amazing. He was personable, helpful & knowledgeable. I got a great deal on tires and was left with a happy experience. He definitely has the potential to be a manager!! I will be back whenever I need tire assistance. Thank you!

Purchased tires a few years ago at Sams. I went the other day to get my tires balanced since it was lifetime balancing and I was getting shaking at highway speeds. The service itself was fast only about 45 minutes. As I was driving home, my car was still shaking. I went to a mechanic and he said out of the 4 tires only one rim had 3 new weights on them along with old ones. I paid the mechanic to have 4 tires balanced and now I no longer have an issue. Not sure if they even balanced the other three tires at Sams.
