Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Would not recommend this place. Got a call 1 hour before my scheduled appointment telling me the tires I ordered and paid for were not available and should try Rock Hill...As if I live anywhere near Rock Hill and can get an appointment in less than a hour, seriously? Then I asked to speak to a manager and just got hung up on. Not only did they waste my time and inconvenience my travel plans but they also didn't make any attempt to make it right and hung up the phone. A joke.

Do not buy tires here. I purchased all weather tires before moving to state that gets a lot of snow and 1 year got a flat. The mechanic pointed out the tires were old when put on my car, dry rotted already, cracks in the sidewall and completely unsafe. After driving less than 10k miles and 1 year I have get them replaced. I no longer live near a Sam’s club and can’t get them looked at and Sam’s won’t do anything to make this right.

Went in for a nail in my tire. Got it fixed within half an hour, super quick and helpful
