Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They told me that they could not repair my tire and that even with not being able to repair my tire, but then try to force me to get all new tires because my tread was lower on the other three. I asked to see the policy and they say well it’s just their policy at that location, which lets me know that they are money, hungry, and regardless of a customers request, they’re going to try to force your hand. I went to the independence location. They fixed my tire with no question. I have a warranty on my tires That I fully pay for on each tire and I should never have to go to a totally different location and ride on a spare tire because you want to make more money. Do not go there!

Outstanding customer service! Had an appointment to replace a battery. They got my vehicle right in and were finished in less than a hour. Dion and the other associate who worked with me were so kind and professional! Very much appreciated and also felt very comfortable with their quality work. Thank you!

The store is great but the tires and battery department associate was rude as hell to my mother. She had to get a jump to get to their store and when she got there some associate (male) said he couldn’t assist her due to them being closed EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAYS OPEN EVERYDAY! They also had cars getting serviced. My mother mentioned that and the associate said we’re just assisting them because they wouldn’t leave us alone and then tells my mother you might want to get your tires checked as well. Really? Update your website and learn how to speak to customers.
