I had all four tires replaced on my Tesla at Sam’s Club in Reynoldsburg, which included free lifetime rotation and balance. However, when I returned for my first rotation, I was told they don’t service Teslas. I explained that I had purchased and installed all four tires there just six months ago. The employee insisted he had worked there for 10 years and was certain they didn’t service Teslas. When I showed him the receipt confirming the tire installation, he got frustrated, asked me to wait, and went to speak with his manager. After a few minutes, he returned and admitted they do service Teslas—but said I would need to reschedule the appointment. I agreed and came back at the scheduled time. The same employee was there. He said he would take care of it but needed to go on a lunch break
