Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Please learn from my experience. Do not go here for auto work! I wasted my time and money. I scheduled an appointment for new tires for a Sunday. They allowed me to leave my car overnight for the appointment the previous Saturday. When I went to pick up my car, they checked me out and return the keys. However, they never replaced my tires and I had prepaid! The manager offered to reschedule later that week and promised my service would be complete. When I brought my car back in for the appointment, they kept it for an hour and said they couldn’t complete the service because they would run out of time. While the manager acknowledged my frustration and offered a refund, I have completely wasted my time. Save yourself effort, and go to a real auto shop. This was not it.

Never get your tires done here they will promise that they have your tires in stock only for you to show up and waste an hour before they inform you that they do not infect have your tires. Only after they have already taken 2 tires off.

Trash. Went in to have a hole repaired and a rotation on tires they installed. After being told my tread was too low to rotate ( I call bs, but ok.) I declined buying 2 new. Mine are less than a year old. They gave me my keys and I THOUGHT they did the repair. No one said a damn thing to me that it wasn't done. Called to discuss the issue and spent more than 30 minutes total on hold or the phone just ringing. I got hung up on 5 times. No resolve. Last time I buy tires there. I don't usually do reviews or go full Karen on any business, but answering the phone and basic answers would have gone a long way.

Sam’s tire center has gone downhill . They sell you tires that are under warranty, but don’t have time to service them. Had a flat, they rotated the tires and didn’t fix it. Walk-ins? Not welcome. Make an appt, then the desk says they aren’t needed

Terrible service wait forever to even be waited on. Then takes them a hour ring up my tires. Tell me 45 mins to a hour for installation. 3 hours later they still have not started. When I ask why it’s taking so long all I get is a oh well. Store really need to look into their customer service.
