Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I ordered tires online on 11/28/25 with an installation date of 12/6/25. After Samsclub email reminder notifications, and upon presentaion at the tire center, I was notified that only three of four tires were deivered by the date of installation. I received no further calls from the center and had to enlist onlie help yesterday and a personal phone call today to confirm the availability of the fourth tire. I scheduled a time of 3PM toda, 12/11/25. The attendant indicated that he has only three tires in the system and that the system needed to be overridden (presumably by a manager) in order to "use another tire that was available." I lost time on 12/6/25 and time from work on 12/11/25 in order to get my car tires installed. Communication is poor to non-existent from the tire center. An

Had a tire pressure sensor go out after running over very large speed bump. Searched around and most shops wanted up to $250 to replace it. Found out that with a membership, Sam’s offers tire and battery services very reasonably. Called for an appointment, got in the very next day on a SUNDAY and 30 minutes later, fixed. Saved $200. Very happy with the speed and affordability of the repair.

I started taking my car to Sam’s for the past few years for our family’s tire needs. Ken and his team continue to provide amazing service. Our family had a flat tire today and they fixed the issue within an hour. We will continue to take our cars here for years to come. Thank you for always being there for our family!

I really can't say enough about how awesome the Tire department staff at Sam's Club is! Had a damaged tire on my wife's car and I brought in the wheel with the tire on it. The tire wasn't in stock so we didn't have high expectations for it to be replaced before Christmas..... They thought it could arrive in one to two days but with the holiday rush you can't assume things happen on time. I dropped the tire at 11:22 AM and I received a call five minutes ago that the tire had come in and was already mounted. This is the third time I've been for tire related work for this vehicle and they've been excellent every time but today's experience was far beyond expectations. This will be my go-to for tires moving forward.

15 MINUTES I HAD A NEW BATTERY IN MY TRUCK AFTER THEY TESTED EVERYTHING. KEVIN GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF. He checked it. Can you plugged in his booster pack into my system to maintain the charge, so that my memory wasn't lost in the computer. He sprayed it with anti-corrosion at the right points. Very pleasant fella. And we were out on the road again and even the people in the vehicle said that it started much better!
