San Marcos Toyota Express Lube

This place is ridiculous. No matter what time of day you schedule and oil change, you will wait for hours, so i started using my local pennzoil place that takes at most 15 minutes. Today i got talked into trying San Marcos Toyota again. Nope. Sat in a que for 20 minutes that was not moving, the next que had multiple cars coming in, getting processed, and i was just sitting there. I finally got out of my truck to see what was happening, and realized that they had changed my que number and put another car ahead of me. When i told them i was leaving, they had to move two cars in my que that were blocking me, that had already been processed. I am done with this place.

Every time we come in for a scheduled appointment it takes 20-30 mins for someone to even check us in. What's the point of making appointments? Expect atleast 2hrs for a simple oil change

As I’ve said before, good as always!!! Brian Del Pino is a superstar! The service is friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be going back.
