San Marcos Toyota Parts Department

Today we went to San Marcos Toyota and Luis Aguilera assisted us in the process of purchasing our Tundra SR5! Great customer service and easy experience from everyone!

Do not use this dealership. They will damage your vehicle then deny responsibility and try and use photos of another vehicle as evidence of no damage. They don't do collision repair correctly either. Their over charge their service by double. They will not respect you, take your money else where.

They are doing something right here. I'm just a DIYer, buying parts off the website. But they treat me as if I'm a high volume shop. Super nice, helpful, accommodating. A lot of times they don't have my older vehicle's parts in stock, but they've always arrived faster than they told me they would. I don't think you can find better in a dealer parts shop. Outstanding.

Made appointment to do simple trans drain and fill waited 3 1-2 hours only to get 20$ discount for my time also been trying to call Jose Chapa the assistant service manager 4 calls and email no call returned this dealership needs customer service training no doubt wanted to make another appointment for wife’s Highlander trans service don’t think I will use them again ever!!!

There Was Some Reconstruction Going On , Yet The Parts Department (Dakota) Gave Me Great Service and In A Timely Manner. Thanks TOYOTA San Marcos. Austin , TX. JC
