Mary is the most personable and friendly professional I’ve ever encountered in a service department, and she instantly showed me this is a first-class business. I recently visited San Marcos Toyota Service Center for an alignment service, and I had an excellent experience. Brennen went above and beyond by arranging a rental car for me at no charge, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to leave my car for the alignment without any inconvenience. The service was professional, efficient, and handled with great customer care. Truly amazing service — highly recommend!

I want to love the service department at Toyota San Marcos since our experience purchasing our car here was wonderful, but… it’s crazy to me that they take appointments yet every single time they are 2hrs behind. For a simple oil change WITH an appointment you’re sitting there for 2+ hours. Why take appointments? Such a waste of customers time.

I want to say first off that buying a car and service are two very different experiences at San Marcos Toyota. Charles was wonderful when I purchased my 4Runner a year ago. The service here has always been a struggle. I have always made appointments early in the day and come in on time or early. It takes forever though, and always has. When I arrived at 8:00 AM the advisor mentioned how busy they are already and I should try another day instead of Saturday. I mentioned to him I work on the far side of San Antonio, and that isn’t always an easy option. Again, it takes a while here, even with an oil change. About 1.5 hours in today I got a text of recommended needs for my vehicle. This was odd because it accompanied a video that was indeed my car, highlighting the maintenance needed

We love our new Highlander from San Marcos Toyota! Anthony made the buying process so easy for us. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured by Anthony or the finance department. The service center is equally awesome and very quick despite being super busy, I recommend having an appointment to make the process easier. Large comfy waiting area with snacks and cold water and soda.
