When our insurance rates nearly doubled in a year, I asked repeatedly for Will to find us a better deal. When he finally got back to me, he claimed there were no better deals to be had. So we stuck with Auto-Owners for the year, and I then began exploring other options on my own. Contacted an All-State rep in Summerville, and we now pay half of what we were paying Auto-Owners, for the same coverage. And the kicker is that Santee Insurance is identified as an All-State agency, so the same deal I got through the agency in Summerville was available through them. Will was just not willing to put forth any effort to try to help. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I went to their office to get a quote for car and home insurance. Was told give them I few days. A month later I still hadn't heard from them. I called and was told they couldn't match the price my home owners policy with state farm . They never did give me a qoute on car insurance. They lady just didn't seem interested in having me as a customer.

I was new to the area when I moved here and needed insurance and called this place (bc I wasn't sure where to start) and they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and helped me find the cheapest option for me and even now whenever I have a question or need help with something they're always so helpful! They always go above and beyond to do all they can to help ,I wouldn't use any other place!
