My husband and I literally arrived with no reservation and at the very last minute. That did not stop this young lady from getting us in a vehicle that would accommodate us. The car was a brand new, very clean car! Zero complaints. Upon returning the vehicle, she checked us out promptly ensuring the return of our deposit. Again, we have never frequented this business before. First time customers, that'll continue on due to the friendly and professional demeanor that Sierra provided us. The young lady at the Hinesville location is awesome! Customer service was top tier! Renting my vehicle was hassle free & for a great price. On a separate occasion I rented from another company and had to literally wait hours for my pre reserved vehicle. (Mind you I set this reservation months in advance). For this occasion, I needed a last minute rental. I reserved the vehicle on a Thursday night online and was able to pick up the car at 9 the next morning. That’s good service!
