Dropped off a vehicle for diagnosis. Indicated I wasn't in a rush. *Three months later*, I asked when they'd look at it, trying to "give some grace" to their being busy. They couldn't give me an answer; literally said, "I don't know." Astonishment. I gave up and decided to take it to another garage. Insult to injury: both batteries were dead, irrecoverable. Enormous disappointment, to say the least.
Quick turnarounds! Exceptional service. Fair pricing. The expertise of the mechanics at this shop is hands down the best in Chester County. Me and my car thank you!
