Scott and his mechanics were all great to work with and truly have some of the best customer service that I've experienced from an automotive shop down here in Peoria. I drive a 2007 trailblazer that has seen quite a few better days. When I started noticing noises from my front and back end, I called and was able to bring it in and have it looked at fairly quickly. They were able to diagnose the problems and had me driving my car the next day. They kept me informed throughout the process and charged me a reasonable price for the repairs. I will absolutely be bringing my car back to Scott's for any future needs.

Scott Automotive is by far the best car repair shop in the area. I’ve owned a Jeep Wrangler for 9 years and he has done most of the repairs on my Jeep. He is honest and will give you the best price on the repairs. I’m glad I found a person that cares about his customers. Support Scott Automotive!

I went to this shop.There was an over the road driver.They got me in there.They got my scarf fixed and running inside his back on the road in no time on top of their game.Great group of guys would definitely use again if need be

I had a great experience using Scott Automotive! Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my 2009 Dodge Caravan (Which I was worried might be a lost cause, and almost traded) they were very knowledgeable. At the beginning, the owner Scott took time to explain what every concern I had could be, and the steps he'd take to check on the issues to ensure it got fixed right. They made sure to not only address the problems that were immediate, but they informed me about other things I should address and then let me weight my options on what I could afford at that time. One week later and I am happier than ever. It was affordable to have them do the the fixes that needed done to get my van back to being a reliable vehicle again. Scott was a life saver! I was 200+ miles away from home and my VW suddenly had an engine issue that the local VW dealership didn’t have time look at. When I asked for a local shop they could recommend, Scott’s was their recommendation. They were right and then some! Scott accommodated me at the last minute and fixed the issue that THE DEALERSHIP had likely caused just a month before for a recall. Amazing service, super friendly, and very fair and honest about the work on my car. Wish there were more people, let alone mechanics, like Scott!
