The service and price were very good. Water pump, serpentine belt, radiator flush and cabin filter. Highly recommended and I will be sure to have service done by Scotty’s again, going forward.

Scottys did a fantastic job. I’m fixing my older vehicle. They were kind efficient and the price was pretty reasonable… I would definitely use them again.

If I could leave NO STARS, I would. We went there for the first time to get some minor work done and was told we also needed struts and shocks, rear breaks, and an alignment. Estimated cost:$4600 or more. My husband asked why it was so much and was told that on our particular model car everything is electronic. So we did some checking and researched our VIN#. Turns out, our car’s struts and shocks are NOT electronic—they’re automatic which means the cost would be significantly less! Bottom line— they lied to us. They didn’t think we’d know the difference or bother to check. No way would we ever trust them again. Update: We got another opinion and there’s nothing wrong with our shocks. I am new to the area and came to Scotty’s based on their positive Google reviews, and I’m glad I did. I brought them a Chevrolet Tahoe that had a warped front rotor and shook terribly when braking. They had me in and out in one day. Communication from Jan was good and the price was fair. You get what you pay for and cheaper isn’t always better. I will return for service in the future.

I’m very impressed with the service Scotty’s offers! I appreciate the honesty and not having to worry about additional(not needed)services pushed on me. Scotty’s employees and technicians give me a comfort and trust level that will keep me coming back with all of my cars.
