I had an accident in November, took my car to Seacoast in December and got it back the day after Christmas instead of waiting until January for repairs! They did an amazing job! Looks like I was never in an accident. They were great about keeping me updated on the progression along with the estimated final date! Before and after photos for reference!

Excellent customer service. They kept me informed of the progress on the vehicle. Besides outside parts delay( beyond their control)..job was done in a timely manner. And it looked so clean, inside and out. Recommend very highly.

Overall they did okay-ish repair work on my RAV4 (mirror, door, fender scratch). There was a clean and easy insurance appraisal process. However, there were some issues with the repair timeline and communication regarding the delays (weeks became months). The bill ended up around $5,500, which seems really steep for the damage, but it's also paid for directly by insurance. They missed painting two small spots (several 2inch vertical lines of metal showing on door), but it looks like it's sealed, just not painted. The rest of the paint job seemed fine, it's everything else that they seem to struggle with here. The door they worked on is significantly louder than the one they didn't touch: the weatherstripping is off center and many of the plastic door inserts now litter my driveway. The

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. My car was involved in a hit and run in my own residence. So to be already stressed about it but to bring your car in at Seacoast to be told it would be 30 to 45 days for them to get it in. Not only was my car done sooner than that, I dropped it off on 11/4 and it was completed yesterday on 11/14. The whole process from a rental car from Enterprise that Seacoast arranged to sending messages letting a customer know of every step of the process your vehicle is at is remarkable. I had Melissa as the service agent and she was always on top of everything making the process go so smoothly. A huge thank you goes out to Seacoast and their team for getting me back in my car so quick!

Great service- fast, easy coordination with Enterprise rental with pick-uo and drop-off; great communication re: progress. Car came back to me all spiffy-clean. Fully repaired within 72 hours.
