Seacoast Mazda Service

Hands down the best service I've ever received, over and over again. They are efficient, knowledgeable experts who always take great care of me! I love their workspace lobby area with free WiFi and coffee so I can work while they are taking care of my car, and my favorite feature is their text communication that tells me when my car is being serviced and details about what they are seeing under the hood. There's a reason I go here and not just some auto shop. Love this place !

Made an appointment on line for 8:30in the morning, left all the details about the transmission problems my car was having. Chose to drop my car the night before due to the early time. The next morning I get a phone call asking me the details on my car. I explain I left them on line and was told they didn't have access to that. I was then told they were very busy and didn't know if they could fit it in ( I had an appointment). I was told they would try to fit it in the next day Sat. Sat I call and the person in charge had no idea about the car and said the person they wanted to look at it would be in Tue { mon was a holiday). So my appointment turned into a5 day event. When finally getting in touch with service on Tue, I was told the car was not worth fixing and I could pick it up. Picki

I just went there to have a lower right control arm changed: efficient and professional. One thing: a few days before the repair, I was quoted a price for parts+labor via email, and the billed amount after the service didn't correspond (the quote supposedly didn't include the wheel alignment), but they honored the initially quoted price after I expressed my concern. My point: make absolutely sure that your quote includes all the required work, and you definitely won't be disappointed by this wonderful garage!

You'll never buy another car. I always drove expensive cars especially foreign. No I am not rich. I could afford them. This dealership is unbelievable. We , my two son's have Mazdas. They know us but. They will match any dealership! Hey other car dealerships are selling Mazdas.
