Self service car wash

It snowed weeks ago and they can’t be bothered to clear the stalls for cars. My car would’ve scraped going into the wash.

Do not come here.. I repeat do not come here...water and everything cut off after 10mins.. couldn't finish washing... nobody was around to help... Waste of money... One of the self serve spots... Everything was broken and falling apart... So had to leave with a soapy car and go to another car wash.... This place is a rip off...first and last time here

The bay I pulled into did not work. $6 went in, but it did not give my money back. No one was around to help, although it was Sunday. Another customer saw me looking for someone and said the same thing happened to him. Ended up at Regal off Kirkwood Highway.... MUCH nicer facility.

The self-serve washing equipment works fine. An optional rug shampoo machine was broken. Perhaps due to the low price there is no staff that I could see and the trash barrels were overflowing.

I would like to be contacted to get my $6 back! The sprayer is not working... can't wash the car.. no number for customer service and no attendant on site for help! This particular wash area should have had an out of order sign so people won't waste money!
