Service - Apple Ford Apple Valley

Did a great job, great communication throughout process from collision center. However, the management person at AppleValley service counter was horrible. The service coordinator texted me the overall cost. But when I picked up my car, the bill showed $1,200 more. The Reps at the counter were great - but the manager was a total prick. He looked over everything, saw they made a mistake - corrected it, but tried to charge me an extra$200 that the service coordinator had covered through my warranty. When I showed him the text - he said "that's not what he meant"...even though it was spelled out clearly in the text. Then he said he "didn't have time to argue and would just eat the cost". When I went out to my car - the front right tire was flat. They brought it in, and patched the tire

I appreciated the service department was able to help a last minute stop in. I needed windshield wipers replaced and had a fiercly poor experience at a different dealer in the past. Alex helped me, listened and was the epitome of hospitality! Everyone I happen to speak with was very helpful too. I used my Ford rewards for the service and appreciated them being open a little later in the day; so I ventured from downtown Mpls just to go to this location. I highly recommend!

Customer care, body work, repairs, and maintenance on my black 2024 Mustang 5.0 GT Premium Fastback have been outstanding at Apple Ford- Apple Valley and Apple Collision and Glass- Lakeville. My two vehicles are extremely important to me, so I will continue to work with this business without hesitation. Due to the excellent body service by technicians I will return to them next spring for updated body work on my black 4Runner.

Good experience. Car repair looks good and availability was quick. Repair took longer than I had hoped but otherwise no issue.
