My car’s water pump failed, well known issue. They replaced it and I had my car back within a day. I was sent a video of the diagnosis and My service advisor was a guy called Parker. He did a fantastic job. I had to wait for a loaner, but this was disclosed early on and the loaner came in much sooner than promised. The waiting area was an excellent place to get work done. It was well organized and had a large selection of snacks and drinks. They even have cold brew on tap, never seen that at a dealership before. Overall, I’d recommend getting work done with Audi Flatirons.

Blayne has always been amazing! He has been my service advisor for 11 years. He makes it easy to schedule, is great at explaining the service being done, and always communicates updates throughout the day. Most importantly, he always remembers to ask if I want the car washed!

I brought my Audi in or should I say my Heidi in because I was told by a mechanic (not from Audi) that my car needed to have major work done. I called Flatiron Service Department and explained to Anthony and Blayne everything that was communicated to me. Flatiron Audi service was flexible and was able to fit me in that day and sent me home with a loaner vehicle which was a 2025 Audi! I wasn't even there long, it was like 15 minutes! I didn't want to leave all the snacks they had! I was given fresh coffee snacks it was a wonderful environment. The customer service was out of this world and very attentive to my needs!
