Friendly place. I received a quote for an oil light check gauge appointment. They sent me a laundry list of items. With no assurances that the list of repairs would address the issue. I was shocked by the $6,000 estimate. I took my Jeep to my current shop for the same gauge check. Repaired/ fixed for under $300. I’m glad I checked into another opinion. I didn’t need brakes, a small leak of oil is normal with age and I could take care of it but not recommended. The water pump is fine, not needing service. I guess it was a list of things that one day in the future may need attention. Careful is my recommendation, as I heard afterwards this is the norm for Service Street. Wow! My car broke down nearby here. I went in to ask if they could help me and they told me that they were booked, but they were still able to come check my car. Find me a tow vehicle and find me a nearby place to help me the guy that help me was very nice very kind and Knowledgeable. He help me get on my way. He didn’t have to help me, but he did. I thought if this guy from this company is nice enough to help me then I would think they were good enough place to take my car to and they deserve higher reviews.

This place is awesome! I brought my car in on Thursday after I dinged my passenger side mirror. I was expecting it to take awhile to fix, but the car was ready the next day! Wayne was awesome to work with, very friendly and helpful. All local small businesses should strive to be like the crew at Gerber. I felt they actually cared! That’s tough to find these days!

I just pulled in to have two low tires aired up and Jackson was very helpful and polite. I actually had two tires that needed to be repaired and they got my car in right away. To the staff at this location: I appreciate you! Thanks again!

Got an oil change here recently. Front desk staff was super friendly. Other staff was friendly as well. Service was quick and efficient, I used a coupon so the cost was reasonable. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and separated from the rest of the space which I enjoyed. I’ll be back for my next oil change.
