Unfortunately I needed a tire patched on vacation. Went to another tire shop and they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. So I came here and they immediately took my keys pulled my suv in and repaired tire in less than 15 minutes. Very pleased.

Ive used them for 1 1/2 years now. I have both my vehicles serviced there including a full brake job on my Ram. Did the work quickly and correctly. New Continental tires for my wife's Honda and they ride great! Thank you Brenda and Randy. Highly recommend them.

My wife's care died on Jay El Rd., and we had it towed over at night, after hours. Spoke them next morning, and they said all they can do is try to work us in, and that they should at least be able to diagnose before end of day. We thought it was the alternator, but turned out to be belt and pulley. They had it done by noon. Also did a break job and oil change at my request. Not cheap but within reason. Getting the car back so quick is worth a lot. Thank you!!!!

We were on vacation in the smokies and started hearing a weird sound while driving. We had an 8 hour drive back so we wanted to get it looked at. We asked Justin at Westgate for a recommendation for a reputable service station. He recommended Sevierville Tire and Automotive . We called them and told of our situation. They said to bring it in and they'd take a look. Turns out it was our brake pads but they told us we'd be able to get back home and then get them changed. We so appreciated their honesty and integrity. It's always a bit scary going someplace you don't know. But we would highly recommend them and certainly use them again if we had issues. Plus, everyone there was super kind and friendly.

I picked up a bolt in my tire when I got to town and found this amazing business. The staff was top notch and fixed my tire within 30 minutes of arrival. The building is clean and inviting, amenities are great and again, the customer service was awesome. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!!! 5*****
