Who doesn’t struggle with a bit of worry when thinking about getting a new vehicle? My husband and I reached out to Sewell CJDR in Andrews even though we live in Midland and were met with kindness, compassion, and HARD work every step of the way. Kimberly Trent was the most amazing sales person I have ever dealt with. She was so understanding of our situation and met things head on. I loved how she explained every step of the process and kept us informed of what was going on and there was NEVER any pressure or haggling that occurred. We told her what we needed and what we could afford and she went after it! I also want to shout out Matt and Emmanuel in finance who worked hard to get us a great deal. I have been so impressed by the entire process and our amazing team at Sewell in Andrews. G

We bought our jeep back in October and had such a great experience with our salesman Joe Valdez. Our jeep has the gorilla glass windshield and we know there is a warranty to have it replaced through Mopar so we contacted Joe to look into it for us and he said a rep submitted for approval but then he proceeded to never talk to us again or respond. This is a horrible way to do business. They are just another shady dealership and we won’t return or recommend it. Funny how if they can’t make money, they just decide you aren’t worth helping anymore. Please go elsewhere!! I know we won’t be returning!

Disappointed with this service department. Waited over 2hrs for an oil change/tire rotation and then found a broken wheel stud which they didn’t inform me about it (or didn’t even rotate) and now want to charge me $200+ to replace the stud. For being a Sewell dealership, I’d think they would perform better and caring like their BMW counterpart where I take my BMW and are awesome. Disappointing service department

Daniel Hathcock was an excellent salesman! He knew what my credit score was, along with the trade in I did. Even calmed me when I was extremely nervous doing this alone for the first time. Him and the dealership worked with me to be able to get into a 2024 Ford Maverick! High recommended them!!

Well worth the trip. Two of the most helpful managers I've ever encountered. Parts, then service too. Gonna call their bluff and just see if they can. Not often I let someone touch my stuff.
