Shallotte Auto Spa

Shorted me $.50 providing quarters for the money I inserted into the change machine. Presoak did not work and pressure was inconsistent. Tried to call the number provided for questions or concerns and no one answers or am I able to leave a message. Never had problems with this place in the past, but not sure I will use again.

This used to be a decent carwash. No more. Poorly maintained. Water pressure issues. Charge more and it works poorly. Don't waste your time or money. Couldn't even get the soap rinsed off completely. Very disappointing.

I used the top automatic wash today. It did a horrible job. The dryer did not have a timer on it so therefore my car did not get dry and when I was finished I had to hand dry it, my towel was filthy. One and done, never going back. I called to complain, terrible customer service

Low pressure, always out of tire cleaner!
