Very nice and attentive customer service today at the store. Appreciate the help of an associate, she helped me alot today. Store is very clean and maintained; lobby and restroom. Great service by her!

Not good. Shell offers an attractive Fuel Rewards Card and sometimes has nice discounts. Last night I attempted to use my 26 cents per gallon discount. After pumping .811 gallons the pump shut down because it was out of gas. So I went to another pump and the discount went away. Of course I went inside and the clerk said he couldn't do anything but come back and see the manager. I went back tonight and of course the manager couldn't do anything, how convenient. Why have managers in these places if you're going to tie their hands?

Nice clean store, probably more so than others. The only complaint I have is that price of gas is typically advertised as 10 cents cheaper than Valero, but when you get there, you have to buy a car wash to get that. The biggest kicker is that it never offers a car wash at the pump like most places do, so you don't get the discount unless you go inside.

Decent prices. Staff are ok. However, to save the money on gas when you get a carwash you have to buy it inside, and this is only written in small print on the side of the pump. Very irritating, as I would not have got a car wash otherwise.

Was not impressed today when I went into the store to buy a pepsi. The three workers behind the counter were talking and only two had masks and close together. The cashier with the pink hair was more interested in talking to the others about his hair and his nails and not me as a customer. Not even counting back my change, or say "thank you" or giivng me a receipt. I suspect the manager was one of the three talking about this kids hair and nail situation. This lack of customer service just lost any future patronizing from me.
