Will not be giving them any of my business anymore.. used to love this place when I owned a jeep and got it serviced here. Ever since i got a ford it’s been a problem even to just schedule maintenance on my Mach-E. Will only come here if no money is coming out of my pocket (recalls).. they can eat all their labor charges. I was just told that they recommend to get new tires, thank you but I will be getting them from somewhere else!

Stay away from this joke of a “service” business. They do not service Fords, apparently, that are over 10 years old. I had 4 different people telling me four different things and I didn’t trust a single one of them. Other customers waiting jumped in to help me more than the staff here.

We have been using this particular Ford dealership for quite a few years now. Unfortunately we have been extremely disappointed in the most recent events. First of all we brought our car there to get our brakes done. You would think that they did nothing as a matter fact let me say over $400 later the brakes were NOT fixed. We were driving and still experiencing The shaking of the car whenever we used our brakes. We had to bring it back for them to fix the issue that they should’ve fixed in the first place. Secondly, we had asked them to check our heat on the passenger side it was blowing cold air. They said they did not have the part and that they needed to order it and they would call us as soon as it came in. Two weeks later, if we didn’t call them we would’ve never heard from them at a

I had a problem with one of the rear seatbelts not locking down a few years after purchasing the vehicle. Not only did they take care of it quickly, I wasn't charged for the seatbelt replacement. The service staff at Sheridan is always stellar. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!

September 12, 2023, update. I'm reducing their rating to 1 star. I still have not heard from this dealership. It appears that customer service is not one of their strong points. BUYERS BEWARE. __________________________________________________ I've sent several messages to this dealership, using their online contact feature. As of this date, they have not extended me the courtesy of a reply. Thus, the reason for the 2 star rating. I purchased a 2006 Mustang GT several years ago, and this dealership is one of the original sellers of my vehicle. I wanted to know if they replaced the dreaded 2-piece spark plug with one-piece plugs. How hard is it to respond to inquires generated on their website? Shame on them.
