Shop

SO grateful Pap's Chop Shop exists! Matt is a genius with vehicles, and even though my vision for my vintage van is unusual, he can not only understand my goal, but has an amazing ability to know exactly what items are needed even when I don't know the correct lingo (which is often). Angel is appropriately named - she's totally on top of things, very organized, and tolerates all my blathering on about how excited I am about my van. Great quality service, fair prices, friendly people, and a fun atmosphere. What's not to love?

They have been great to deal with. I towed my 70 ford in with a wiring issue which was fixed for an awesome price. They also took care of a few other things with my car for very reasonable prices. They have been up front and honest through the entire process. I will continue to bring my car here for its future needs!

I can't say enough good things about this business. Staff is extremely reliable and professional. Guys in the back took care of my car quickly and efficiently. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and did the repairs. Lady up front was sweet and compassionate. Waiting area was pretty and comfortably appointed. Definitely a family run business that will stand the test of time. Wonderful people.

I dropped off my car mid-January (Jan 17) after having my engine blow. They told me the price of a new certified pre-owned engine and purchased it three days after I dropped off. There was a shipping delay due to weather and it got there about a week and a half later. They put in the new within two weeks but cracked the transmission while doing so (Feb 19). They told me parts for that fix would be in the next day and it would be fixed within a few days. They stated transmission was back/fixed (Feb 27) and it should be done the next day. Didn't hear from them until March 4 when they stated it would be ready March 5. I reach out March 8 for progress, was told there was a delay, checked in again March 14, was told it was being wrapped up. Husband called March 21, was told March 22 or 23 wou

We took our '89 Jeep to have broken shock mounts replaced. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Other businesses either couldn't do or didn't want to do the work. We are thrilled and will absolutely be a regular customer.
