Ed was very prompt and professional when he fixed my brother’s car. He provided great service at a great price and didn’t make you feel like you were being taken advantage of, which is hard sometimes when working with mechanics! I would recommend him to anyone!

Poor customer service. I paid for them to diagnose my car and then they said they'd order parts and call me but not only did they never call me but they didn't answer any of my calls or voicemails for months. I wish I'd invested in a different shop instead.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at this shop. Went to dealership and was told my "entire exhaust system" needed replacing on my 9 y/o car with only 57k miles on it and quoted $4300. After the shock wore off, called around several places and could not get an over-the-phone estimate, and then spoke to Lisa here who gave me a general estimate on the phone, had me bring it in to know for sure what needed replacing, found out it wasn't the "entire system," and ended up costing me less than $800 with work done w/i the week after receiving the parts. So thankful for this local small business with honest people. Lesson learned. As long as I live nearby, they will have my business and recommendation.

Excellent costumer service… very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If you need anything mechanical or tires fixed this is the place.
