We came in to get an oil change as part of a service agreement that came with vehicle purchase. Really enjoy the great customer service recieved everytime we visit. I love the text communications and updates.

The car was brought into Shottenkirk three times for leaking oil. First time I was charged for an oil change and they did nothing else other than mock me for it being low (despite my communication that it just had an oil change). Second time they completed extensive work on the power train warranty after telling me they found the leak. The third time they completed even more extensive work on the extended warranty, after telling me once again they “found the leak.” They were extremely rude to me throughout the process and the shop manager, Scott, said “why would I refund you for the initial oil change, what does that do for me?” After discussing that they should have done the oil change with the work they missed the first time and it would have been included in the warranty rather than pai

I was in and out within an hour. I have been with my dealership since 2017. They provide excellent service, a friendly environment, & knowledgeable service attendants. Very professional!
