Always great dealing with Shutters! Just had shocks and shock mounts replaced in our son’s 2013 Audi! Prior to repair we were given options on shocks and were informed on pricing of parts and differences in quality, this made choosing the right parts easy! Scheduled repairs and service for a Friday and had the car back by the end of the day! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

My husband and I have had Shutters fix all of our car repairs over the last 15 years .We thought we were getting good service all these years until last week we took our vehicle in due to some tugging when driving the car ..We ask them to do a diagnostics on it ...They called us and said it was the transmission and it was going out..we needed to have it replaced. The estimate was around close to $7000 . The car is paid for and a 2015 . It just was not worth putting $7000 into it . We were urged to get a second opinion into looking at it. We decided to take it to our Son in laws Auto shop ...I am so glad we did..they said it was the spark plugs and a seal ..and it needed transmission fluid..it was $580 for parts and labor..drives like a top! You know its not good business to try to cheat ha

Have taken my old 4Runner here for years and had great service. So surprised this year as I left my car there all day and simply asked to check for an oil leak, check on my brakes and do an oil change. At the end of the day they called and said my car was ready. Never checked for the oil leak because they said they didn’t have anyone qualified to do that and asked that I book another appointment. They also never checked on my brakes. No sure I will be coming back.

I needed a new car battery and they were able to get it installed the same day. Fast and friendly service!!

Justin and crew were awesome to work with. Got me in quickly and my truck looks great with the new tires.
