Sidra Car Wash

Paid $13 for a car wash, the machine took my money. Entered into the car wash for the system to tell me to exit. No car wash and I was charged $13. I left a message. Frustrating!

I wish there was a 0 star option. Just went through their car wash and there is still dirt on all 4 side of my car. It honestly didn't even get it 75% clean. There was a leaf that stayed on through the car wash even. Would love to know how/where to contact them for a refund.

I paid for a full wash and wax. Has no brushes, depends on water pressure. All doors, and windows are still dirty. Waste of money not worth $16 I need a refund

I did a $10.00 wash this afternoon at Sidra. My SUV was very dusty and dirty from lots of driving and from sitting out under the pines this past week. I was impressed with the result of the touchless wash as usually there are lots of missed areas on the sides of the car. Not this time. Will try Sidra again.

Waste of $16. Didn’t take off dirt on the side of my car or clean the windshield well. Paid $16 for colorful lights and water
