Purchased a CPO 2020 Lincoln Aviator GT in December of 2025 and before I was 5 miles away from the dealer started to get warning lights. Luckily it was CPO and could have it fixed in Iowa where I drove from to purchase. It has been at my local Lincoln dealer multiple times. Also was told tires were 7/32 and now they already need replaced after 6k miles of highway driving in the 1st 3 months ownership as the tires have 0 to 1 for tread life. I wish the experience was better and hopefully they work with me on this issue.

My experience was absolutely amazing !! Byran was such a great help. He got the job done in a timely matter. He did not sugar code anything. The process was very smooth. We left with the exact Vehicle we wanted thanks to Byran. Robert also was a great help when it came to getting documentation done. I definitely recommend working with these two when coming to this dealership. Byran is a wonderful individual very lovely to work with. I really felt the kindness and taken care of in the end.
