Fantastic service. I had a chain saw that wasn’t working. I called him to see if they thought he could fix it. He told me what might be the problem and to bring it in and he’d look at it and tell me if it was an easy fix or not worth it. I did bring it in and he got it going in 10 minutes. It’s running great now. He clearly knows small engines better than almost anyone. He explained exactly what he saw and everything he was doing. Then, without asking, he adjusted the chain tension and talked me through how to do it properly. He gave me some other tips too. Where do you get service like that? When finished, he said that it would be no charge. What??? I am going to find more stuff I have for him to fix. The guy was amazing!!

I went in with my lawn mower for service, and they recovered that I had over flowed the oil reservoir, they pumped out the excess, replaced the fuel cap and power washed the mower. They would take any money for the service. What a refreshing way to do business. They are looking to build long term relationships, great customer service. I would highly recommend Small Engine Masters!

I came to the shop to see if they could help me find a very specific screw for my vintage motorcycle. They went above and beyond to help me and found a solution. Todd helped me through the search. He had a great attitude and had a genuine interest in my project. Their shop is well tooled, clean, and organized. I recommend this company for your small engine needs.

I have taken my gas powered mower to Small Engine Masters LLC for many years now and they always got my mower in top shape for the mowing season. Last year I bought an electric mower for the first time. I took my electric mower in today to get the blades sharpened figuring I would have to drop it off and pick it up later. Todd removed the two blades, sharpened them, and bolted the two blades back on in less than 10 minutes. I asked Todd what I owed him and he said you don't owe me anything. I was very surprised as I fully anticipated having to pay something for the sharpening service. Todd said he doesn't charge for sharpeing mower blades. Rarely these days do you get something for nothing! But Todd delivered today exactly what I needed and I thank him for his great service!
