I tried so hard to support this black owned business by getting a quote with this company for my business and when I tell you there is a complete lack of professionalism here I cannot stress this to you enough. Personally after the owner Fred Smalls has completely failed to deliver me a quote for coverage over and over I am starting to wonder if my personal information may be at risk having gave it to him. I have waited over a week just to receive a quote I was supposed to receive 5 days ago. Everyday I call he gives the same excuse; “I haven’t heard from my underwriter”. Last time a called a couple of days ago Fred even promised to call his underwriter after our phone call then call me right back but failed to do so. It’s now Friday so I called again and asked for Fred but was told he was

Will I've been with them for a few years I guess they're a broker so I pay them and then I guess they're supposed to pay the insurance company well this is the third time they didn't do it and I keep getting cancellation notices all I can say shop around Just going to hope I can get the rest of my money back that they didn't pay to the insurance company

I've called my insurance agent on different days and differnet times and all I ever get is "he is out of the office, can he call you back?" This never results in a call back. When you ask questions about your policy all you ever get is attitude and snappy remarks. I am canceling my policy and going with someone else or dealing with Progressive myself rather than though an agent. They are worthless.

don't waste your time with these people. their policies are over priced, and their customer service is terrible. some of their agents barely even speak english. they quoted me over $2,000/yr for motorcycle insurance, i got better coverage for $423/yr. i asked for a quote for home insurance, they never called back. i switched auto insurance and got more coverage for $800 less/year. they won;t be in business much longer with this kind of performance. the only reason i gave them one star is because i couldn't give them none
