Over this last weekend, my family and I stopped by the Ford Smith Center in Conway. Initially, we were only looking for the purpose of helping me get familiar with the process of buying a new car. At this point in time, I had Ford Escape (2017) model, which put me at having a car that’s almost 10-years-old. Little did my family and I know that I’d be leaving the center with a new car. The man who helped us through the whole process, Mark Stine, did a fantastic job. He was attentive, considerate, and patient as he helped walk me through the whole process. He was cooperative and forthcoming with the numbers involved with the total price, and how much money I’d get from trading my old ford escape in. But the part about his performance I appreciated the most, was his honesty and transparency.

Amazing service department. A very small mishap by one of their service techs caused my transmission to quit working. Could easily happen to anybody. Smith Ford immediately sent a tow truck and quickly fixed the issue. Thankfully there was no damage. On top of them paying for everything, they also gave me an extra 12/12 warranty on the transmission. This service department did exactly the right thing. I will recommend them to everyone

BE CAREFUL when taking your car for servicing and maintenance. Months ago, I took my car there and was told it needed a new motor and turbo. The cost was going to be $9500. Might as well buy a new one! But I followed my gut on this one. I didn't buy another one, and refused to sell it for salvage. It sat in our driveway. Found someone else to look at the car. In addition to the issues my car already had, while in the care of Smith Ford, the fuse box was damaged. After all the testing and work was completed, Cantrell Service Center in North Little Rock was able to get my car running again. And what did it cost me? $1800. No new motor needed, no new turbo needed. Just great service, skills and attention to detail.

I have a 2012 Ford mustang with the 3.7 V-6 and 116,000 miles. As I was going shopping it went into the "limp mode" and was bearly running. The "check engine" light came on as well as the "wrench" icon in the gauge cluster. I was able to drive it home and made an appointment with Smith Ford for inspection and the necessary repairs. They got the car in their shop, determined the issue and made the repairs quickly. I was pleased with the service dept manager and personnel. They explained the repairs and took good care of my car while it was in the shop. They covered the seat and floor while there. I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Escape from a different dealer. Sadly, the battery went out after only a couple of weeks. I decided to go with my local Ford dealer (Smith Ford) for the battery test/replacement. I easily scheduled the service appointment online. I showed up at my appointment time, was greeted and checked in right away. The service only lasted about an hour. New battery installed and had me on my way. Fast, friendly and professional.
