Visiting Gatlinburg for the week, when my son's Jeep Wrangler started having some brake issues. Called Smoky's at 9am and at 10am they were already working on it. Honest and professional the entire time. Was done with new Brakes, Calipers and a Fluid Flush by the afternoon. Definitely made a tough situation better knowing the Smokey's team was working on the Jeep. I could not recommend them more.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience. Made an appointment and that day they gave me some brake fluid for free! Took my car in on Tuesday at 8am, which is when the appointment was scheduled. The order required them to do a diagnostic on my Air Condition Lines (which I left the green dye I found), check my brakes which had a small fluid leak near the wheel, and see if anything was going on with my fuel pump. At around Tuesday at 330pm I called them, the fella was kind and told me they were running a bit behind. At which point he told me he would pull my 1988 with an original paint job still, in the garage overnight and they will get to it first thing in the morning (Wednesday). Just got done getting my brakes replaced here and what I can say is that this business operates quick, clean, thorough, and does a great job! The staff were absolutely incredible, and kind! They were very communicative through email with me, got me in the exact next day and it was a quick job! I needed my front brakes replaced, and they listened to my concerns and checked everything out for me! Also, I am a local and they gave a good discount, on top of that I had a communication issue (on my end) where I didn’t want my brake fluid flushed and I couldn’t pay the brakes and flush on one card and they just ate the flush job and only charged me for the brake replacement. This is a shop that cares!! My car was there today to be fixed but parts got stuck on the truck in the snowstorm. Couldn't be helped. My back up cars battery was dead. They got me in in under 10 mins and got my battery replaced, fluids topped off and tires aired up! Everyone is always so friendly and the price is very fair for quality work. No where else in the smokies that we will take our vehicles. We have found our auto shop home!!
