South Bay At Mount Pleasant

I've recently joined the community at South Bay at Mount Pleasant (within the last 6 months) and am truly impressed with and thankful for the excellent quality-of-life, services, and independence offered: 1. South Bay is exceptionally clean - in all places and at all hours. 2. The Staff are professional, helpful, and patient with all residents; the Director's leadership and thoughtfulness shows throughout all of them. 3. Residents are kind and respectful of one another. Of particular note, I must compliment Comfort Richardson, the Wellness Program Director. She is truly a first-class professional/physical educator. I am a resident of Liberty’s South Bay facility in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. I feel it is important to recognize employee actions that are over and above the required normal, good, every day traits expected of employees. Fortunately, I was the recipient of such employee behavior and wanted you to know how much this is meant to me. I have lived in South Bay for just over one year now and certainly enjoy the expertise and professionalism shown by the staff here. I'm deeply involved in the community and very impressed with the upkeep and management of the facility. The staff is consistently friendly, and the land is always kept in tip-top shape. Debbie at the front desk is always helpful and sweet. Alexa in sales is constantly working to improve the lives of all of the residents. Sean is the fearless leader that keeps the place running and he is always ready to hop up help with anything. I highly recommend Southbay for families.

I had such a great tour here—honestly, I was blown away by how nice the memory care facility is. Everything looked so clean and cozy, just a really good vibe. The director, Anntawn, was awesome. She made me feel right at home and talked about how much they focus on quality of life, which really hit home for me. After meeting her, I genuinely felt like I could trust this place with my dad and know he’d be well taken care of. Couldn’t ask for more—definitely recommend checking it out!
