I wouldn’t let these guys work on my kids bicycle. Dropped a service van off at 7am for a state inspection. Came back 8 hrs later and it hadn’t moved. They finally fail it for 2 tires. Never ordered the tires after telling me they did. I drop the van off for the tires and re inspection and here we are again. 8 hrs later and the van hasn’t moved. Don’t come here if you have anything to do this week.
This was a WAY BETTER experience than going to the dealership in Monroe with my company car. Stacy was awesome from the start. Even went out of his way to help me with information about a ticket I got for tint by sharing the NC regulations (which I had not violated). If you have a Chevrolet fleet car, do not go anywhere else.
The service provided at this establishment is outstanding. Stacy in particular does a great job, he is personable and professional. They are respectful of time and the quality of their work is superior.
Very helpful and willing to listen. I actually felt they cared about me as a customer and not just my business.
Very attentive, personable and professional. Got the RV oil changed.
