When I brought all my concerns to the front desk, she immediately alerted the other owner. Instead of taking responsibility, all he offered was half off the seat install — something I can easily do myself. They tried to make it seem like it was some extremely difficult, hours-long job when it’s really not. I was originally told it wouldn’t be an issue and they’d handle it, almost like they were doing me a favor. Then it magically turned into a $350 charge. There was zero communication throughout the process. I was told my car would be done quickly and in a timely manner, yet I dropped it off Thursday and didn’t get it back until Tuesday with no proactive updates. Every time I thought I was a priority, it became clear I wasn’t. What makes it worse is they didn’t offer any kind of discount

I went to get an alignment after some suspension work and they gave my car back and charged me $42 saying that they checked it and I don’t need an alignment for another 1000 miles because the suspension needs to settle. I took my car on the highway immediately after to check it out and it started vibrating which was the same problem I had before. I took it to another mechanic and they said I need an alignment immediately and “Any "settling" happens within the first 10-20 miles, not 1,000 as well as driving misaligned suspension for 1,000 miles can destroy your tires.” I can’t believe you guys just played me, I know I’m not educated on cars but I was hoping with the good reviews this place had that the people would be honest and promising. Will not be coming back.

After multiple attempts to get my 65 and 66 mustangs aligned, I found this place. Other places either did a poor job or refused to align my cars. This place aligned my mustangs and did an amazing job. These cars have never driven straight, but now they do. I also just took my 1972 Triumph Spit6 there to get wheel bearings, inner tie rods, and an alignment. And again, they did a great job. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here, whether they have a classic car or not.

My husband uses this shop but I have told him on many many occasions to stop using this shop for his vehicle repairs due to past issues.On this Visit my husband took his car the third time for brakes issue after he has gotten brakes put on twice from this business, both were squeaking and creaking and he brought the car back each time and now it is at the business and they are taking their sweet time to check out his vehicle.I was talking th the front desk person name Shannon who seems not to be concerned about the safety of my husband's vehicle and told me they have vehicles ahead of his to take care of but my husband has paid for the work a month ago.The owner of the business David comes from his office with a high pitched voice like this is slavery time so I had to check him and let him

Great service from the initial phone call. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote ordered the parts and the next day I pick my car up. High recommend them for vehicle related problems.
