Great customer service, excellent experience showed up fifteen minutes before closing. I was in and out with their new tires and rims on my travel trailer in under 20 minutes. Could not be Hamer with the experience! Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service and Great Prices. I have used them twice in the past week to replace two flat tires on my dump trailer. I am a landscaping business owner so my trailer being down is lost time and they always make sure that I get my equipment up and running as soon as possible. The manager Josh at the Summerville location even went out of his way to put a lock on my trailer when I wasn’t able to pick it up before closing time. He also suggested repairs to my trailer that I did not know was in there scope of work that I’ve been looking to get completed. I will continue to use Dorsey Tire and highly recommend them to anyone who needs new tires or tire repairs!

I’m working on site for an job and had a blown out tire in the rear. I called and the first person took my information said someone would come. They told me they had two tires of my size and that they would call me back for confirmation. I waited about thirty minutes and called back to find that the work order had never been placed. I spoke with another lady who said she didn’t understand what happened so she took my info and gave me a confirmation for a work order. I waited another 30 minutes to be told that they in fact do not have a tire. If you guys would have been honest in the first place we could’ve been towed to Firestone before they closed or had our manager come up to help us at a decent time. The fact that you were not honest has caused the whole plan to fall through. I hope you

Best tire service around. The Summerville branch is fast and very responsive. Heather goes above and beyond in customer service. Mechanics are fast and always responsive to customers. Just all around awesome services. Highly recommended!!!

Good service they took me right in and were able to change tire on truck and trailer even with it being loaded.
