I cannot say enough great things about Southern Tire of Summerville! Dennis, the manager, is incredibly flexible and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. When I was in a pinch, he worked with me to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly — that level of care and customer service is rare these days. Kevin, his best team member, was just as impressive. He’s super friendly, genuinely kind, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on with my vehicle so I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Because of their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to help when it really mattered, I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer for life. Highly recommend Southern Tire to anyone looking for honest, dependable service and great people!

I just had an emergency, and they were able to get me in within five minutes. They serviced three tires in under 30 minutes, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Dennis, the manager, was calming and reassuring during my anxious moment. Kevin completed the work lightning fast, and Sean checked me in and out with ease. I can’t express how thankful I am for Southern Tire, truly exceptional service!

Owner is very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Prices are all over the place not accurate. They are very unorganized and can't remember what his staff is doing. Save your time and money and go to Firestone where you're not treated like a child. The owner wanted to argue with me when asking about another set of tires for another vehicle that I didn't pick up that he supposedly had to order. Hey get with your unorganized staff I did at another time you weren't there and they ordered the wrong one anyways. You just lost the sale of 8 tires plus. Im a business man my self and this is how you fold.

Went in for a tire repair and they knocked it out quickly and cheaper than I would have expected. They mentioned my rear breaks were almost gone and needed replaced. Instead of trying to sell me something they told me to go buy them for cheap at AutoZone and bring them in for install. Nothing better than a small shop caring about saving the customer money. Highly recommend!

Dennis and his team did a fantastic job. Set up an appointment to get me back on the road. More than fair pricing. The entire team was friendly and helpful. Thank you again!
