Never seen such unprofessionalism in my whole life took Motorhome there to repair a pressure valve that wouldn’t allow the rear airbags to fully inflate. I told them what the problem is. I already had it diagnosed dropped it off Monday morning. They kept telling me it was going to be ready finally Friday afternoon. I had to catch a flight so I had to pick up. The motorhome. Still wasn’t fixed. Wouldn’t let me take it without paying $3500 to do nothing. Not to mention the $1500 I already had paid in hotel fees, waiting for them to try to figure out how to fix the thing. They told me on Wednesday they had a part coming from Canada that I had to pay overnight shipping cost on it still never arrived. It’s now one week later and they haven’t called me to tell me it arrived. I would not take

Joe, Mike & the Techs have been great! They took care of our RV chassis repairs, Warranty work & a Recall. They are very knowledgeable & friendly, got us in & out without delay! Highly recommend them!

I could not be more PLEASED with this company.I have a American Dream RV that I had the DEF Head replaced in Atlanta Ga.I got half way to Fort Myers and Engine and DEF lights came on.RV went into Limp mode.I called Southport Truck Group and Gary Tittle responded right away and had a very Knowledgeable Tech (Dylan) troubleshoot and repair the same day.(DEF Head Went bad again ).He not only repaired but cleared all the old codes and updated software.It,s great to see that a company like this still exists.I would definitely recommend this company. I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location l have a 2025 western star that I bought new and have never smoked in and nobody else has until these people took it out for a test drive and when I got back in it l could smell it l cannot express how disrespectful that is if you smoke that’s fine but if you are working on a customers vehicle you should never smoke in i!! So now I’m going to have to take everything out and try to get that smell out especially in my clothes and bed.

They are very professional and know what they are doing , Joel on the counter in parts was amazing and very helpful . The process was smooth, I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable parts knowledge and customer service .
