If you agree to buy a used car with miles “as is” you should understand what needs to be done. Not all cars are perfect and your decision making is NOT the dealers fault. Awful awful AWFUL! I never leave reviews but after purchasing a 2008 Honda in a week the car has nonstop issues. My tires are falling apart and unsafe to drive on (keep in mind I have small children) they sold me an unreliable lemon! The power steering pump is bad, the ac compressor broke within a week, the belt needs replaced, the radio doesn’t work (after he told me it did) oh and the best of all the transmission has a leak. RUN! BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle that runs well! Mark greeted us immediately upon entering and made us feel welcome and unburdened. He gave us time to check the vehicles we were interested in and did not stand over us or make us feel pressure in any sort of way. He was knowledgable and helpful. The vehicle had one minor issue and Mark got the issued fixed right away before we signed any papers. The whole process of car buying was smooth and we are very happy with our purchase!

I believe this is the best place to buy an auto in Southwest Florida, the prices a affordable, but the cars are great, all of them has very high rates in Carfax and are certified. I bought a Lincoln MKT, it's better than I expected for the price. I'm from Richmond, Virginia and since now on my family and business are going to buy from Southwest Florida Auto. Marc is an excellent manager, very friendly, caring, has good knowledge of each vehicle and super efficient. Highly recommended!
