Spanky's Car Wash

Honestly, it was a pretty frustrating experience. First off, their coin machine is just not working. You put your credit card in, it doesn’t give you anything back—no token, nothing. Makes you wonder if it’s just collecting people’s info. Then I tried using the vacuums, which I paid for, and… they didn’t work either. Some of them didn’t even have vacuum heads attached! The whole place feels super outdated and poorly maintained. Out of all the places I’ve been, this might be one of the few I’d seriously consider giving a 1-star to. Really hope the owners take some responsibility and make some changes soon.

Paid $10 for the basic car wash as I just needed to get the salt off, especially at the back of my SUV. It was terrible! It sprayed soap on the sides of my car and rotors went down the sides- nothing on top, nothing on the back! It stopped without rinsing! So I had to go to the DIY side. I put in $3 cash but it stopped before I was able to really clean my car. Having no more single bills, I used credit card- which took out $5! I was able to finish my car but it still was not great. I’ll never go there again!

I utilized the self service was and the brush left large scratches all over my rims as well as my plastic panels

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Charged me $10 on my debit card but the self served machine never started.. phone number they have plasted for help is disconnected. What a scam

The machine is completely automated & has no problem taking your money. The car was machine however, doesn't work at all anymore. The machine does not refund despite having a "refund" button. No human beings located on site. No one answers the posted phone number which matches the phone number here on Google. No voice-mail box or message options. No way to contact any one. I got the expected cheap car wash many years ago, but reading the other reviews here would suggest it is time to report this place to the Better Business Bureau or whatever department of government is responsible for holding these places accountable because they are simply stealing people's money.
