Speedy Glass

We had a water leak I thought was my windshield. Speedy manager checked my windshield and determined the windshield was ok but the drain for the sunroof was plugged. He had a tech unplug the drain. When I asked how much I could pay. The manager said we’re good. Customer service is alive and well. I will keep going to Speedy in Bothell for my windshield needs.

First, the service itself was great. My glass was installed quickly and very well and the associates were super. My complaint is regarding insurance handling. I was assured that Speedy Glass was a Safelite affiliate (they even persuaded me to cancel my Safelite appointment because they could get me in sooner) and my insurance would be fully accepted (minus my deductible), however they could not get my claim taken care of at the time of service (a lot of that was Geico's fault and not theirs), so I ended up paying out of pocket and going for reimbursement instead. It turns out, Speedy Glass is not fully covered and I ended up paying several hundred more than my deductible amount. Again, the service itself was great, I just feel like they could have been more transparent regarding insurance.

Lil on the pricy side without insurance but they did an amazing job fixing replacing my leaking windshield and were super helpful!! They were able to save my good to go sticker and smoothed out the fabric that was coming unstuck to the pasanger side side beam while replacing the window! Car looks better than ever with a super crisp view!!!

Speedy damaged my dash today and required me to pay the bill in full, even though their own paperwork states payment is only required if work is done to my satisfaction and there is no damage on the vehicle. Broken glass was also left on my hood and an exterior trim piece was chipped. Accidents do happen, but the damage was obvious, and the technician signed off on no damage occurring. After a discussion with the branch manager, he said I would have to pay the bill or he could not process the customer damage claim and he would not give my back my car until I paid. As of now , I have now paid $350.90 to Speedy and have to jump through several hoops to get my dash fixed. If you go to Speedy, take pictures of your car before any work.

Had a fantastic experience here. Ishmael helped to managed my windshield replacement on my HR-V and was a pleasure to work with. There was a minor issue with calibration on the lane detection sensors but the staff was able to resolve this in a timely manner. Would recommend the quality of work! The repair only took about 1.5 hours.
