Spinlight Express Car Wash

I came to the wash to clean out my car and vacuum it out as I needed my car cleaned out. I was profiled by one of the workers that I need to get a car wash first and I explained to him that I was but wanted to clean out my car first. Employee wasn’t all that great. Like I understand that you need to get a car wash first but he was so rude about it. When it came time to getting the car washed, I was nice by purchasing the most expensive wash as a gratitude of appreciation for letting me clean my car out and use the vacuums first. When I came out the wash and went home, the overall wash on my car looked terrible and so many spots was missed. This was not worth 16 dollars. There’s way better car washes in the area.

Do not bring your vehicle here. The brushes scratched the hood of my car in several places. I tried to reach out via phone and email, no response. Save your time and find a touch-less car wash.

Touchless wash does a decent job on road salt. Could be better. Left some residue on the wheels and middle of the tailgate. But sides and front were good. Underbody wash is nice. Staff are helpful and friendly and the price was good.

Just went through to get an undercarriage rinse so I selected the lowest level $7.00 wash which, on the wash menu posted plain as day outside the touchless wash, is included in that level of wash. I started pulling through and the undercarriage wash did not engage. An older man was standing in front of the wash waving his arms so I stopped and asked why it wasn’t engaging. He started yelling at me saying that if I got a $7 wash I don’t get the undercarriage wash. Like, actually yelling and being insane. I hope they go out of business so another slightly less shitty crash can try. Don’t go here!

Very rude attendant. I was 10 inches from the car in front and he just kept saying in a condensing tone to come on come on come on. I said there is a vehicle right there and he said I'm not going to let you hit the car and to roll my window up haven't been here in awhile because I have 2 car washes by my house. But this was is not like it used to be. Won't be back.
