Splash Car Wash & 10-Minute Oil Change

I would give 5 stars, HOWEVER... The people working the drive thru wash rarely properly spray off cars. They might get just the drivers side, the front and drivers side, just the front and rarely the entire car sprayed. They might get the person in front of you entire and partially yours or vice versa.

Horrible!! Do not get an oil change here! Was quoted one price before they started then after they had finished was told it was more expensive by around $20 and I needed a “special oil filter” they also pulled out my air filters and brought them inside the waiting room and tried to get me to add that after I had made it clear I ONLY wanted an oil change because I was on a tight budget. Stuff was dumped out of my glove compartment and my insulated cup was pushed out of the cup holder to the floor and lid broken, my seat covers in the back seat were flipped up and my head rests where yanked up like they were trying to remove them and my drive setting were changed. I enjoy using Splash Car Wash because I know they operate with integrity. Friday I went to the carwash in Conway to use a gift card I received on my birthday. The automated machine did not want to accept my card. The man on duty went inside and got a code that allowed me to use my gift card. I pulled into a parking spot for the interior clean. I went inside to have a cup of hot tea, but unfortunately the machine was not working. But from the window I could see three men cleaning my car. I was impressed with their attention to details. I left feeling clean and refreshed. It truly was an Aloha Friday. 🌞🌺

Usually quick and efficient. I am puzzled sometimes because they don't do the same thing every time. Sometimes they check air in tires and sometimes they don't. Sometimes they fill washer fluid sometimes they don't. Several services are hit or miss. And price changes every trip with no changes in service. But minor complaints aside it is overall a good place to do business.

I had an excellent experience here! I came in for a quick oil change and decided to add a car wash, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff was professional, friendly, and got everything done faster than I expected.
