Splash Car Wash Express

Car came out almost as dirty as it went in. $20 wasted. They also don’t dry by hand after , you end the wash with the blowers and then drive off. Paid extra for tire shine and ceramic wax , complete waste of money. Disappointed.

I never seen such unhappy 🙁 employees. They dont want to properly spray down your car. Its not a hard job spray the front, the sides the back and the wheels. What the issue. The wash doest do a great job cleaning your car. You have to go back twice because incompetence and now your force to Clean dry wipe your vehicle. Please Austen to your customers do a better job and stop hurrying cars in and out. Disappointing 😞

LOVE this Splash Car Wash location it just rebranded and relaunched! They added so many more amenities and services as well as a $3 towel exchange program and a WHOLE section of complimentary (and new) vacuums. Came in on 11/10/24 and got a $2 car wash, a STEAL! Be sure to check out their different membership programs with unlimited wash options. It’s SO worth it. What a great and easy location super convenient and QUICK.

I went to get a car wash December 20, 2025 in the evening and was told by a younger gentleman that they were running a special where a one month pass cost the same as a one time car wash. I asked him how does that work if I have more than one car. He told me that I would just go through the lane to the far left where an attendant would help me if it wasn’t the car that I signed up with. I didn’t think that was the truth and turns out it was not. The next day, December 21 I brought one of my other cars there and was told it is one car per account. I guess some people tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy into The monthly pass. The gentleman I spoke to checked with another man, did not allow me to get the car washed. I will be canceling my monthly pass and find another car was

Can't say im a fan and probably won't return at this point. I purchased the carwash monthly package a while back and nothing was mentioned that my truck could experience damage from the machine. Obviously its a risk, however due to the explanation I received after it happened seems as if it probably was a known thing. Needless to say my trucks paint corrected and ceramic coated so I am extremely familiar with the blemishes. After a first pass, I noticed a ding on my hood. While I should have brought it up immediately, I passed because I didnt know if it was caused by a rock etc. Next visit I found another ding on my fender and another scratch on my hood. Obviously this time I followed up by canceling my membership. The response was that my truck is bigger and i should check out the b
