Splash Car Wash

Horrible experience. Was waiting for 2.5 hrs when my car been ready. The job wasn't even that spectacular for $200 detail. Just a waste of time and a horrible experience waiting for nothing. The cashier was so unapologetic when I asked why no one called me. Someone kept saying white Tahoe but I have a white Acura, I don't know. It really upsets me when people waste my time, bro I can't get that back. To top it off my mirror and windshield is still dirty!

I visited Fairfield Splash Wash today and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. As soon as I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and explained the available services clearly. The team worked efficiently, yet paid close attention to every detail of my car. When they were done, my vehicle looked spotless—inside and out. The exterior had a beautiful shine, and the interior was cleaned far better than I expected, with no dust, smudges, or missed spots. The overall atmosphere was professional, organized, and customer-friendly. It’s clear they take pride in providing high-quality service. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Fairfield Splash Wash to others

This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. They did a very shitty job, Please see the pictures attached this is right after they cleaned and washed the car.

I went to Splash Car Wash in Fairfield yesterday and was greeted by amazing workers. Alfredo and his team always show strong work ethic, and any concerns or questions I have are always handled in a professional manner. I’m very happy with this location. Alfredo is a great manager who truly loves helping his customers with outstanding service. Thank you, Alfredo!

For what they charge, it’s ridiculous that I left with a mediocre car wash and scratch on my car. They try to pump cars out instead of providing quality service. Luckily, I only use the serve a few times in the winter. Otherwise I could do a much better job on my own.
